How to read your dashboard

Click a step to jump to it in the animation.

1. 1At the top: your next guest — who’s coming and when.If someone is staying now, it says when they leave. Click it to open the booking, guest’s phone included.
2. 2Six numbers for the selected year.Revenue, number of bookings, revenue this month, average per booking, expenses and net profit (revenue minus expenses). The percentages compare with the year before.
3. 3Monthly revenue: dark is earned, light is already booked.Light bars are the months ahead — stays that are booked but haven’t happened yet. Hover a bar to see the exact amount.
4. 4How much is paid, and how much you’re still owed.The ring splits amounts into paid, pending and cancelled. Find the pending ones under Bookings with the “Pending” filter.
5. 5Switch currency or year — everything recalculates.The MKD / € toggle converts every total at the rate in Settings. Picking a year changes every number and chart; “All years” shows your whole history.
