How to connect Airbnb and Booking.com

Step by step

Click a step to jump to it in the animation.

1. 1On the property, click the three dots → “Calendar sync”.Each property has its own calendars on the platforms — connect them for each property separately.
2. 2Paste the iCal link from Airbnb. In Airbnb: Calendar → Availability settings → Connect to another website — the export link is there. For Booking.com, pick that platform and take the link from Calendar → Sync calendars → Export calendar.
3. 3Click “Connect” — the stays come in by themselves.Gazda.mk checks the calendars every hour, and “Sync now” does it on the spot. Synced stays appear under Bookings and block their dates.
4. 4Copy the export link and add it to Airbnb. That way the bookings you enter here close the dates on the platforms too — no double bookings. In Booking.com it goes under Calendar → Sync calendars → Import calendar.
5. 5Everything on one calendar.Airbnb stays show in coral, your direct bookings in green and gold. You can add a synced stay’s price later so it counts toward revenue.
